Minchella & Associates, Ltd. handles landlord side eviction and consults and advises on best practices to protect against tenant claims.  Consulting includes lease review, drafting of 5- 10- and 30-day notices as appropriate for the circumstances, drafting eviction complaint, attending court and bringing proceedings to conclusion.

Commercial Lease Review

Fees are charged on an hourly basis and will vary depending on the length of the lease and the ease or difficulty of negotiations

Our work begins when your Real Estate Broker's work is finished.  We assure that the lease says what the Letter of Intent said the Lease should say.  We also review the lease for provisions about which the tenant should be aware and explain those provisions to assure that the tenant has an understanding of what their obligations will be.

Defaulted Student Loan Negotiations

Fees vary depending on services required

There are very limited options when dealing with student loans - (1) pay them; (2) consolidate them; (3) default on them; or (4) discharge them.

We can assist in evaluating whether consolidation will be advisable.  We can also assist in negotiating with lenders on defaulted loans to bring them back to a current status. After certain defined periods of time, some student loans are dischargeable.  We can assist with obtaining discharges of student loans.
